National Careers Week - 4th – 8th March 2024

The first week of March was National Careers Week and this year our Year 7’s were challenged to create a poster showing all of the jobs that are connected to producing a packet of crisps.  Called “From Spud to Shelf” students watched a video on how crisps were made and then had to share their ideas of the jobs needed to create and sell the product.  All of Year 7 worked really hard on their posters and it was a very close call on who the winner was but after much deliberation Lillie, Nina, Ava, Rehya and Saffiya (7CDA) pipped Kavan, Priscilla and Cyan (7HGH) to the post!

Both short-listed designs were amazing but the students of 7CDA managed to cram a few more job tittles into the finished poster.  Well done both teams!
